Fine Arts School
The Fine Arts School has established in 1959, aims to educate individuals talented in the education, creation, and research of fine arts. There are seven majors for undergraduates including Painting, Sculpture, Fine Arts, Photography, Digital Media Arts, Traditional Chinese Painting, and Calligraphy. The school is eligible to grant a degree for Master of Fine Arts (MFA) and academic Doctorate of Fine Arts. There are 71 school members and 1,931 students, including 1,734 undergraduates and 180 graduates.
Higher Vocational Education College
The Higher Vocational Education College, established in 2008, now has 4 majors for undergraduates including visual communication design (technology and application oriented) , musical performance(technology and application oriented), visual communication design(vocational education oriented), art education(vocational education oriented), and 5 majors of secondary degree for upgraded college students including visual communication design, musical performance, musicology, art education and fine arts.
Film and Television School
The Film and Television School has established from the Film and Television Department in 2001. There are 5 majors for undergraduates including Radio and Television Directing, Film and Television Photography and Production, Recording Arts, Filmology, Television Broadcasting Science. The school is eligible to grant a degree for Master of Drama and Screen Studies with 4 postgraduate programs and 2 MFA programs. There are 28 school members and 1,222 undergraduates and 28 postgraduates.
The Drama School, established in 1959, now has 6 majors for undergraduates including Television Drama Performance, Drama and Film Direction, Drama and Film Literature, Broadcasting and Hosting art, Stage Art Design, Film, and Drama. The school is eligible to grant a degree for Master of Drama and Film Studies with 3 postgraduate programs. There are 55 school members and 1,365 undergraduates and 68 postgraduates.
The Music School, established in 1959, now has Composition Department, Musicology Department, Voice and Opera Department, National Vocal Music Department, Traditional Chinese Music Department, Piano Department, Music Education Department, Orchestral Music Department, Pop Music Department and Chorus Department. There are 3 majors for undergraduates including Composition and Composition Technique Theory, Musicology and Music Performance. The school is eligible to grant two degrees for Master of Musicology and Music. There are 104 school members and 1,681 undergraduates and 192 postgraduates.
The Dancing School has established in 1961 with 5 departments now including Dancology, Dancing Performance, Choreography, Art Education and Postgraduate Education. There are 4 majors for undergraduates including Dancology, Dancing Performance, Choreography and Art Education. The school is eligible to grant a degree for Master of Dancing. There are 34 school members and 958 students.
The Design School has established in 1984 from Arts and Crafts Department. There are 10 majors for undergraduates including Environmental Design, Visual Communication Design, Product Design, Fashion and Clothing Design, Animation, Design, Architecture, Digital Media Arts, Public Art, as well as Arts and Crafts. The school is eligible to grant a degree for Master of Artistic Design, Art Layout and Industrial Design Engineering. There are 76 school members and 1,957 undergraduates and 119 postgraduates.
Arts and Culture School
The Arts and Culture School has established in 2002. There are 3 majors for undergraduates including Public Service Administration, Management of Cultural Industry and Performance (etiquette and public relation art oriented). There are 55 school members and 661 students.
